Sharon Hill Borough Council and the Sharon Hill Recreation Board presented Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren with a key to the borough during an event on Sunday, August 21.

The 6’ 11″ Duren, a native of Sharon Hill, was the 13th overall pick in the 2022 NBA Draft. During Sunday’s event, plans were also announced for the Jalen Duren Basketball League, set to begin in 2023.
