

Bob has resided in Sharon Hill for 23 years with his wife Barbara and daughter Natalie. Mayor O'Neill previously served on council for the nine years and during that time held the positions of President and Vice President of council as well as Chairman of the Recreation Board and the Planning and Zoning Board as well as numerous other committees. Bob has worked as an Auto Technician at Lee's Auto Service in Collingdale for 18 years. In his free time he enjoys fishing, boating, golfing, shooting darts and attending NASCAR races. He is also an active member of All Saints Church and Men's Club, where he serves as Past President, Vice President and Treasurer.

Joe and his wife Angela have resided in Sharon Hill for the last 16 years. They have three children, Maryann, Joseph Jr., and Nick and one grandchild, Zachary. He attended Pierce Junior College and is a graduate of West Catholic High School and also attended St. Joseph’s Prep.
Joe is currently the President of Borough Council and previously served as the Chairperson for the Recreation Board, and the Chairperson for Zoning, Planning and Borough Buildings.
Joe brings years of volunteer service to council having served on the Board of Directors of the Sharon Hill Ramblers Football and Cheerleading Association, Sharon Hill Athletic Association, and the Holy Spirit Home and School Association. He has also served in coaching positions for football, baseball, CYO basketball and is a former league delegate of the Delco Football League and participated in the Holy Spirit Monday Night Fathers program.
Joe is currently employed in the Asset
Based Lending Division at Commerce Bank and has over 30 years experience in
banking operations.

Joe has resided in Sharon Hill for the last 47 years, sharing 44 of those years with his wife, Barbara. They have two children, Patricia and Joseph III and 1 grandchild, Athena. Joe served our country in the U.S. Navy aboard destroyers and is a veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Joe is the Vice President of Borough Council, Chairperson of Police, Fire and Emergency Management Committee and serves on the Planning Commission and Civil Service Commission. He spent many years serving the community as Treasurer of the 4th of July Association, Vice President of the Sharon Hill Athletic Association, and a member of the Recreation Board and Youth Aid Panel. Joe is a member of Holy Spirit Parish and previously served on the Holy Spirit Home and School Association Board, Monday Night Father's Program, and the Cub and Boy Scout Troop #221. He has spent many years coaching various teams in the Sharon Hill Athletic Association, Sharon Hill Ramblers Football and Cheerleading Association and the Special Olympics.
Joe is currently retired and enjoys spending his time wood crafting and watching the many local sport teams compete.
Mr. Scott is a life long resident of Sharon Hill and started his employment with the Borough in 1982 as Highway Superintendent. In 1991, Bill took over the responsibilities of Borough Manager. He has been an active member of the Sharon Hill Fire Company since he was16 years of age. He has held the rank of Chief and also the position of President. Mr. Scott is a member of the Delaware County Fire and Life Safety Board. He enjoys spending time with his family at the shore and working with the Fire Company.
Mr. Kelly is a life long resident of Sharon Hill. Councilor Kelly is the elder statesman of the council having served as past Vice President and President. He is the Chairperson of Highways, Sanitation, Recycling and Solid Waste and serves on numerous other committees. Joe is retired from his plumbing and heating contracting business and now enjoys spending time with his family and three granddaughters.

Scott has been a resident of Sharon Hill for thirty-six years. He was born and raised in the borough. He is a single parent of ten year old Brittany. Scot is a member of the Philadelphia & Vicinity United Brotherhood of Carpenters & Jointers of American Local 845 Delaware County. Scott has been a member of the carpenter union for ten years. He is a graduate of Academy Park High School and attended Folcroft Vo-Tech. Scott also attended Thaddeus Stevens Trade School and earned a certificate in the field of carpentry. He also attended the Carpenters Union apprenticeship school and is a certified journeyman carpenter with the state of Pennsylvania. Scott has also chaired the Building, Zoning, and Planning Committee for two years. He currently serves on the Four Borough Comprehensive Plan Implementation Task Force. For the last three years, Scott has run the Sharon Hill Boroughs troop drive. Scott is also the President of the Delaware County Association of Boroughs. He also serves on the Political Action committee for Local 845, Carpenters. In his spare time Scott enjoys raising his daughter and spending as much time with her as possible.
John is a lifelong resident of Sharon Hill. John and his wife, Tammy have been married for 26 years and four children, John III, Patti, Tami, and Meghan.
John attended Holy Spirit School and graduated from Sharon Hill High School in 1975. John is a former member and coach of the Sharon Hill Athletic Association, and also served on their Board of Directors. He has also served on the Sharon Hill Planning Commission and Youth Aid Panel. John has spent the last 18 years on the Sharon Hill Recreation Board, serving the last 7 years as their President.
Councilman - Stephen M. Travers

Steve has been a resident of Sharon Hill for the past seven years. He lives
with his wife Debbie and their three children, Stephen, Rebecca, and Liam. His
children attend Sharon Hill Elementary School. Steve grew up in Folcroft and
attended school in the Southeast Delco School District. He was previously employed
by the City of Coatesville as a Building Code official. Steve was also the Zoning
Officer and wasresponsible for the implementation of the community redevelopment
plan, comprehensive plan and neighborhood revitalization plan. He is a member
of the Pennsylvania Association of Code Officials where he received Maintenance
code. Steve is a certified code official in multiple disciplines. He is a past
Board member of the Sharon Hill Athletic Association and has coached basketball
and softball. Steve now works for Yeadon and is Director of Code and Assistant
Borough Manager. He used to work in Lansdowne. Steve has a strong background
in community revitalization and community service and will be an asset to the
Sharon Hill Borough.
Councilman - Michael Finnegan
Michael has been a Sharon Hill resident for over 47 years. Michael and his wife Jeanie have been homeowners for twenty years. They have two daughters and a son. Michael is a graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School and Pierce Junior College. He has been employed at V.T. Graphics for over sixteen years. Michael served on the Southeast Delco Community Advisory Board. He is a member of the Sharon Hill Historical commission. In his spare time Michael enjoys spending time with his family. Michael is an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. Go Phillies!
